I am a full time Real Estate Professional specializing in residential Real Estate in the City of Buffalo NY. I am an award winning  Realtor that has sold hundreds of houses throughout WNY and $20,000,000 in sales over the past four years . While living and selling real estate in the Buffalo,I owned a small brick Carriage House in the City's Allentown Neighborhood, one of the country's largest Preservation Districts. I lived there for 6 years, four of them with my wife Kerry. Kery and I recently welcomed our first child into our lives and I absolutely love being a father!  We  recently moved to an area of the city known as Park Meadow, we are nearby to the lovely Delaware Park in North Buffalo. I am a past President of the Board of Directors of the Allentown Association where I worked diligently with other volunteers to see that Allentown is an inviting; safe place to live, work and play. I grew up in a suburb of the City, in Clarence, moved to the City 10 years ago and have never looked back! I love the action, the events, the people and the convenience the City offers.
